About Casa Napa

We Are Casa Napa

Casas Napa Luxury Beach-front villa in Tulum, Mexico

The idea for the house was a design that allowed for it to comfortably host families and groups of friends as well as being comfortable for corporate or non-profit organizational retreats. The bottom floor, but for “grandma’s room”, was designed for communal living – with an indoor/outdoor feel to allow guests to move from the house to the pool or ocean and back comfortably. The great room is designed much like a hotel lobby but with a dining room, kitchen, and living room features. In addition to the big room, there is a half bathroom on the bottom floor for guests, a TV/game room, and a pantry (with a safe for storage of valuables).
Our Values

Visit our Soft sandy beach-front villa and reconnect with yourself with maximum privacy

There are indoor and outdoor eating options with easy access to the kitchen even from the outdoor bar and dining area.

The pool is 25 yards and can be used for lap swimming. There is an outdoor shower, kayaks, a volleyball net, and soft sand for beach soccer and other sports. There are outside palapas for more sedentary activities.

The bottom floor was done in neutral colors consistent with the color of the sand. The highlights of orange and red were meant to bring out the reflections from the sand particularly in the evening.

Know about Casa Napa

The first floor has four bedrooms – two with king beds and two with two twins each. One of the bedrooms can have the two twins converted into a king bed at your request. A portable crib is also available upon request, for guests with young children. Each bedroom has its own private or shared ocean-facing balcony. The balconies are equipped with outdoor chairs or loungers so that you can enjoy the outside. The first floor has brown floors and tan walls. As most of what you see from the first floor are the palm trees outside and the mangroves the colors of the house blend into that of the environment. The rooms are decorated with pictures and items from Napa Valley California in keeping with the home’s theme. In addition, the first floor has a gym for your use as well.

The second floor has an owners’ area that is locked out for guests.

The top floor is a functional roof deck broken into several regions. There is full bar area where you can have afternoon or evening drinks with appetizers. The roof deck is best in the morning and at night to view sunrises off the front and sunsets off the back. The tiles are a combination of the sun and the moon to reflect the time best spent on the roof deck. There is a sitting area near the bar and an outdoor deck that extends for some of the best views of the bay. Up a few steps there is a sun deck where there is an infinity plunge pool and lounge pillows. The walls are painted blue to match the Mexican sky.

Our Guest rooms

There is a two-bedroom guest house with private kitchen, dining and seating area. There is a TV which has AppleTV in the guest house. This house has garden views and direct access to the beach and pool. This house allows some separation from the main house but is connected through the patio. The separate downstairs is a private area, perfect for working during the day (if you must) or relaxing away from the main common area or for your teen-age kids or support staff for your professional events.

We have a gym with all the latest gym equipment. There is a treadmill, elliptical, a bike and a rower. We also have bench press and barbells, kettlebells and TRX.
The furniture in the home was custom made for the home by Mexican craftsmen. All the wood is natural, and it is normal for the wood to warp a bit and to bend over time. Additionally, the artwork around the house is all Mexican and from some of Mexico’s best-known artists.

About The Owners

We began construction in 2017 and, not long after, the wildfire destroyed a home in Napa, California, accelerating its plans. Hence the name “Casa Napa”. Construction was finished in May of 2018 and welcomed its first guests during Memorial Day weekend.
